Elite Care Northwest has been a gift to our family. I live in Vancouver, Canada and act as Power of Attorney for my aunt and uncle, so I cannot always be there in person. He is patient, calm, and genuinely kind, and he treated my aunt and uncle with a dignity and respect that cannot be taught. He handled appointments, kept me updated daily, and repeatedly went beyond what the role asked of him, including staying overnight at the hospital and never once complaining. Following my mastectomy, I was nervous about how I would manage once I returned home. Elite Care Northwest made my recovery much easier, and I especially appreciated that the agency is physician-owned, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I was receiving. My caregiver helped with personal care, simple meals, and keeping things organized while I healed, always treating me with kindness and respect. Elite Care Northwest has been a lifesaver for us. When my mom passed away, I needed immediate care for my father. Dr. Reed was able to provide a caregiver for him that spoke in his language and English, and to do it on short notice. It is also very helpful that Dr Reed is on call if needed, since my father is not very mobile and it is difficult to get him to a doctor when needed.
